With the exception of Q1-2021, land prices in the ‘416’ area have more or less stayed relatively stable, fluctuating between $130 pbsf and $136 pbsf. In Q4-2022, the average price per-buildable-sf was $134. In the ‘905’ area, land prices have increased significantly in the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2021. Land prices had ranged between $39 pbsf and $53 during the last five quarters before suddenly increasing to $75 pbsf in Q3-2021 and $70 pbsf in Q4-2021.
